You hear stories about dreading car shopping and so I did dread it but once I found Farrish I realized they were not that stereotypical car dealership. They were friendly, great with children, knowledgeable, flexible and more like friends/family who just wanted to help. I highly recommend them!
Everything was great except the guy signing papers he was a little angry I didn't get extras
Steffon was great to work with and made the whole process super easy. I had reserved a vehicle that was not yet on the lot, and he was very proactive with his updates and responses to my questions along the way.

Steffon Young was the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with- no high pressure, no b.s., just an easy person to do business with. Highly recommend going to see him to buy a car. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the wait time to finish the paperwork. It was explained to me that the dealership had limited personnel due to vacations, they experienced a computer glitch, along with a lot of customers that day- but it took about four hours to complete paperwork. I bought a certified, pre-owned Subaru Impreza last month. Natalie was the sales agent that handled the deal. She was very professional, handled all the requests without delay and was very responsive to calls and texts (with my questions). The whole process was very efficient. I haven't had chance to put many miles on the car yet but my daughter has a Subaru and she does love her car.
