The dealership is clean and welcoming. I know that location has been there a long time, but pulling in is always tricky. However, everyone is friendly and very helpful.

This is the third Outback purchase I have made from Falcone Subaru since 2017. By far this is the best experience yet! Falcone Subaru just keeps getting better and better each time I visit. Ermir my salesman’s followed me throughout the process from ordering, waiting for manufacture to delivery. Attention to details, asking and getting answers quickly and follow through are A+’s. On day of delivery paperwork was a quick 45 minutes or less. One small issue was solved quickly without any problems. I have also used FALCONE’s Bo... read more

Falcone Automotive is a top notch dealership, with a great staff. Ermir was our salesman and did an outstanding job and was great to work with. I leased a brand new 2023 Subaru Forester Sport and had tint added to the front windows as well as the brow, and Ermir had it done the same day the vehicle was off loaded from the truck. Falcone is a very nice and clean facility with wonderful staff. I will definitely be going to them again and will definitely have Ermir as my salesman again as well. I give them a five star rating al... read more
