Every one was very friendly and I liked that it was a smaller dealership. More of a personal touch.

From the time we walked into Falcone to help our son purchase a car, we knew then we would purchase our next car from this dealer. They were fantastic! The communication with us while we were waiting for our car was great. When the car finally arrived everything was very smooth and all as we expected. About one week after we received our car I had an appointment over zoom with Betsy Taylor, Love Encore from Falcone. She went over everything in the car that I had questions on and more. This dealership is wonderful too work with. From the time I walked to purchase the car to the time I actually picked the car up. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. STEPHON ordered my car. Kept me informed as to the delivery. Went thru everything with me on the new car.

Falcone Automotive was very friendly and helpful. Had technician check out a number of questions on the vehicle and encouraged a second test drive to check out the solutions. Very fair price on the vehicle.

We were very pleased with our experience at falcone Subaru. Amanda was attentive and efficient during the selection of our vehicle, making sure we were kept up to date on its delivery. John’s assistance on financing went smoothly and without any “sales pressure” that would have increased our loan. Betsy answered all the questions that I’d thought to ask, as well as giving great advice regarding our car’s maintenance schedule, and she also helped me set up some of the “perks” included in our vehicle. We are super happy with f... read more
