Betsy was fantastic and very helpful. I was picking up my new Subaru Solterra. The entire process of working with Falcone for the pickup was easy, quick, and great service. Betsy was honest and upfront that their knowledge of the Solterra was limited, but she was patient and took time inside of the car to show us the features and details. I would highly recommend any purchases, leasing, and service from the Falcone Automative group, especially if you are fortunate enough to get Betsy.

I have been with Jihnsin & Johnso 30+years and have picked up nearly as many courtesy drops of company cars. This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had. 4 years ago I got a company Forester dropped at Flacone and it went well. However, it wasn’t memorable, but Betsy was memorable.
