Great experience! Everything about the experience with Falcone Subaru, Justin my salesperson and Betsy with the Encore was superb. Best buying experience ever! My only suggestion is that Subaru give the actual app to the employees instead of just screenshots. My app must be slightly different. But other than that, I had a fabulous buying experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership!
