When I received the email from Betsy I didn't understand the what's and whys. So glad that I made the appointment. She answered several questions that has come up in the last few weeks. Nick the salesman was great explaining things. But going from a 2011 Ford to a 2024 Subaru it takes a couple of weeks to get used to the new things. I learned a lot during this appointment.

Huge shoutout to John S, one of the service managers. WOW and a huge thanks to him & his team for all the help with my vehicle last week. My crosstrek needed some warranty work & I live an hour away from the dealership & can’t drive right now due to some health problems. He arranged for my car to be picked up by one of their staff and they absolutely took care of EVERYTHING! Can’t thank them enough! I don’t usually do reviews but really needed to for this!!
Betsy did an excellent job explaining all of the features of my new Crosstrek. She was very patient, and I feel comfortable knowing that I can reach out to her if I have any questions.
