The sales team worked with us and made it possible to make a deal. However, the finance department was not very knowledgeable when we closed and wasn't very helpful with us regarding the lengthy payoff procedure. Secondly, as of today 5 weeks later we still have not received the overpayment made on the loan. It not only took quite a while to pay off the trade, the loan with Vystar that which was made through Subara on the previous car sale was not a seamless payoff.
