First of all, I just love Falcone Subaru. I have been working with Amanda Wallace for about a year now. Never felt any pressure or embarrassment for asking her just a ton of questions, and not buying anything right away.. But, I did buy a brand new outback from Amanda that I am absolutely in love with. Wonderful low key experience working with Randy. Single woman walks into car dealership alone…could be scary but he was so respectful, patient and a pleasure to deal with. Totally recommend working with Randy.

Wasn't in to buy that day, just look. Eric understood that and was helpful in directing us to what we were there to look at. No pressure, just great information and assistance. We saw two cars similar to what we were looking for. Eric showed us both cars and pointed out features of each. We decided to continue looking at the '23 Outback Wilderness. The whole sales group at Falcone Subaru was very helpful and informative but especially Eric who sold us the car using Costco Car Purchase Program. Betsy was awesome walking us thru the car functionalities one on one after a few weeks of the purchase.

Great customer service. I walked into the wrong side of the building, the team stopped what they were doing, and personally escorted directly to the company rep that I needed to speak with. Very professional and pleasant team. The company rep that scheduled our meeting, helped adjust the scheduling last minute that morning, and gave me arguably the most detailed walkthrough of the vehicle that I was picking up - including setting my phone up and connecting it the vehicle for me. Betsy is a great representative of Falcone Subaru. She spent over 1 1/2 hours with me. She never made me feel rushed in learning the features of my new car. She made me feel really good about my vehicle. She also helped me with meeting a service representative about a trailer hitch to be installed on my Outback. I truly appreciate her honesty and knowledge of the systems.
