Eric Davis was exceptional. Very relatable and very efficient and professional. After our initial meeting, we made a quick decision and requested a quick transaction, and Eric was able to accommodate everything. Eric also sat with Rebecca for at least 30 minutes in the car explaining every feature and answering every question. Betsy was great! Her knowledge and easy to follow directions were so helpful in personalizing my car’s set up with the navigation system & Apple car play. Betsy explained in detail a number of excellent features I did not realize were on my Subaru that I will enjoy utilizing. The “in-person” meeting was great for actually trying out the various features of my Forester.

After several years experiencing problems with exchanging corporate lease cars I switched to Falcone VW. Betsy Taylor is competent and courteous. Delivery takes less than 10 minutes with all paper work in in order. Falcone is a superior dealership.

As a senior citizen I was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of technical advances that came with my new Subaru. I purchased this car because it has all of the safety features that older cars do not have. None of the safety features are good if you don’t know how to use them. Betsy did an excellent job of explaining and demonstrating each feature. The session was very informative and well worth the time spent there. I am very glad that I made this purchase.
