Falcone as a company and Gene as a sales associate are both phenomenal! We purchased a vehicle from them, which turned out to need some pretty costly repairs, but Falcone paid for them in full! This dealership has earned a customer for life.

After one phone conversation I can tell this is a place I would definitely NOT do business with. In a world where most things are done online, I put in my application for a car yesterday and then messaged the dealer again this morning to see when I would find out if I was approved only to be rudely told there was someone physically on the premises that takes precedent even though my application was in first. I was impressed by how the dealership worked when I was looking for a car. I really have a Subaru in mind, but I was hoping to find the right car in And I think I did in The outback. I found Betsy to be cordial and very easy to work with. I appreciate the service although this fine a few things myself there were a few things that she was able to talk to me and that was helpful.
