Our great Subaru Outlook buying experience at Falcone was capped by the Love-Encore program. That program puts an employee in the car with you to review operation of the vehicle, particularly through its online screen. While manuals that come with the vehicle are helpful as was explanations provided by our salesman, the Love-Encore program answers any question you might have after owning the vehicles for a few days or weeks. Way to go Subaru!

I had a wonderful experience all around with the Gillman Subaru North! From the moment we stepped in to look at the Subaru Outbacks, we were welcomed by Brian and then Robert Telkamp who answered all of our questions. By the time we left, I had ordered the perfect Outback thanks to Robert and the manager, Daniel Ellis in the color I wanted with every else in it that I requested. I'm overjoyed with the service and professionalism at this dealership!

Get your financing before getting there I don’t have think they give the best deal and I think their add ons are excessive.
Hadas Daniels and her crew were right on with my purchase of a Subaru Crosstrek. Hadas went beyond the call of duty according to my experiences. She explained everything about the car and drove with me to demonstrate each function. I am a senior citizen and she demonstrated so much patience and care. She even told me to come back the following week for a refresher. She’s the best. A definite keeper. Have recommended her to friends.
Every one was really great. They explained everything so that would know how to work all the new things on the car. The only thing I found out was that i didn’t have wireless charging, but that was my fault. Should have ask better questions when we were buying. We thought all outback limited had it. We are still extremely happy with everyone we worked with and the dealer ship. Awesome place to buy a car!!!
