Timely and personable. That’s what stood out to me when dealing with the group at Falcone. Especially from Steffon, he was extremely helpful and made the experience truly a good one. I had been trudging through the car shopping up until this point with dealers trying to push to hard on different things instead of helping me find what I want. Steffon was focused on getting me what I want and met me there. So kind and genuine. I can so myself continuing to return to him in the years to come.

This is my 2nd time purchasing a Subaru from Falcone. Falcone and Eric made it so easy to buy my 2nd Crosstrek. Eric went above and beyond to answer my question and to find the answers. I will be back in the future to purchase both next automobile.

I would highly recommend a Love-Encore session with Betsy! She thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle. The session was scheduled after I had my new car for a couple weeks, so it was not as overwhelming to learn all the technology initially in my car. She is also a great resource if I have any future questions

Loved my whole car buying experience at Falcone Subaru. Amanda Wallace was great! I would most definitely deal with her again and refer people to her or the Falcone dealership. Betsy Taylor was also great about answering my questions about the car and making sure to cover questions I may not have known to ask. Just a great experience all the way around!!
