One of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. I came into Fairfield Subaru with an idea of what I wanted and Dakota really helped me narrow it down to my 2 options. He was very knowledgeable, funny, easy going and just over all friendly. What truly made the experience was he let me just figure out which one I wanted without pressuring/persuading me. Josh Stodel, our service manager, is always prompt and to the point what we need for service, very honest, respectful and caring. The entire service team are excellent and thorough. The car was returned after vacuuming and washing clean. I would whole heartedly recommend his service. He also provides rental car if needed. Using Subaru brand new car. We were in the market for a SUV and decided on the newly re designed 25 Subaru Forester Sport. We have bought 4 cars from Hanania Subaru previously so I called our sales rep Shawn Riegel and gave him our trade info and the financed number we needed to close the deal. I like that this dealership is no nonsense. The price shown is the price paid. The only fees charged are what the state requires. They made sure we had a full tank of gas and a new fob battery. Trade in was painless and was more than a fair deal.

Betsy was very knowledgeable with her orientation zoom meeting. We really liked her practical explanation giving us real life scenarios of when we would use a particular feature. We really liked that she did the zoom meeting while sitting in a Subaru providing us a visual presentation as well as clear verbal explanations. She answered all our questions first rather than going into a canned presentation but also made sure she covered all area including service opportunities at Falcone.
