Excellent experience! I was thrilled with the communication, service and ease of the transaction. The follow up instruction time about the modern components of the vehicle with Betsy was so helpful!!! I will definitely be back to lease or buy from Falcone again!

I’ll never go to any other dealership. This is my dealership for life now! From my very first email to the purchase of my brand new car, the process was smooth and tolerable. I felt 100% honesty from Alex every step of the way. No random fees, no unexplained charges. Every penny I spent was accounted for and understood on my end. I can’t say the same for the dealerships I went to before I made my way to Falcone. My only regret was I should of stopped in sooner! I’ll never go anywhere else, this is my place now!

Falcone is fair and genuine. You won’t find another Subaru dealer with such great prices and respectful employees.

Betsy returned phone calls quickly and was highly responsive to a few questions prior to delivery of my car. Upon delivery, she provided the most through review of vehicle systems I’ve ever received when taking delivery of a new vehicle. Love both my Subaru and the treatment I received at Falcone. Thanks, Betsy! Matt
