My entire experience with Falcone Auto from my initial call with Mitchell to driving away with my Forester was wonderful! Mitchell was highly knowledgeable and extremely personable. Betsy Taylor was a joy to work with. She returned my calls on a timely basis and answered all my questions. You can tell she is very organized and detail-oriented. On May 29th I purchased a 14’ Nissan Murano from Subaru of Rochester as is. During the titling and financing portion of the sale Elliot Norwood had initially made several mistakes explaining and processing the paperwork and had to have a second Financing Manger Meg Clark assist in getting the paperwork completed correctly.
