I have been dealing with Gillman Subaru North for over 20 years. They have always been prompt, professional, and honest. When I am ready to buy a new car, they will be my first choice.
Timely and personable. That’s what stood out to me when dealing with the group at Falcone. Especially from Steffon, he was extremely helpful and made the experience truly a good one. I had been trudging through the car shopping up until this point with dealers trying to push to hard on different things instead of helping me find what I want. Steffon was focused on getting me what I want and met me there. So kind and genuine. I can so myself continuing to return to him in the years to come.

After promising to redo the paint on our 2020 Forester hood I took the car at the agreed date/time but our salesman just happened to be off that day. No one else knew anything about my appmt and they did not have a loaner avail. Since then I have spoken to several employees but I cannot get anyone to Follow up on this. Never again....

This is my 2nd time purchasing a Subaru from Falcone. Falcone and Eric made it so easy to buy my 2nd Crosstrek. Eric went above and beyond to answer my question and to find the answers. I will be back in the future to purchase both next automobile.
