We weren't familiar with the protocol for ordering a new car during the pandemic so we first contacted Jon Wilson at Falcone we were advised to do upon learning we'd been approved for the Subaru Friends and Family program. We never heard back from Jon after leaving a few voice messages and reaching out to him via email. Two days later we took a chance and visited the dealership on a "cold call". The first salesman we encountered was very welcoming and assisted us in ordering our new car!
