I recently purchased a certified used 2017 Subaru Impreza from this dealership. Everything went fine until the paperwork was signed. I was told the car was being detailed and a dent was being repaired, and I tried to set up Starlink while I was waiting. I found there was an issue and a part needed to be replaced under warranty. Alex is one of the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with in 20+ years of being an adult, whether it was sales of vehicle or whatever, I wish I could deal with him for anything I buy no matter what it is!!!! As long as you keep Alex & Jennifer Berry is finance happy and they work there, I’ll only do business at Falcone! Jennifer in Finance was amazing to work with as well!
