Took vehicle in for dealer to look at parasitic battery drain issue, made the "mistake" of asking service attendant for documentation showing that I dropped off my vehicle. The assistant service manager, Alyson Santos interjected himself into my interaction with service attendant - asking "if that was your fist time at at dealership? You are acting like you have never been to a dealership before." 3 weeks ago I was told that you would replace my armrest and that you would call me when it's in. I AM STILL WAITING. And I have requested numerous times for someone to show me how to work STARLINKS, But again NO RESPONSE
