Fantastic experience! The Sales person was informative and patient, but not pushy. The Finance person was clear and straight forward. The Follow Up person was absolutely Wonderful! This was our Best new car purchase experience (vs 10 prior cars).

For my immediate need, dealership was responsive and accommodating . Service was thorough. Note was made on unresolved camera I’d issue. Dealership to contact Subaru tech for possible resolution and notify me.

We had come to Falcone after being treated poorly at Bob Rohrman in Lafayette. We walked out on a deal with them after the final straw of them trying to slip an extended warranty into our purchase without our consent and then lying about it and basically telling us we wasted their time. We drove straight to Indy to Falcone after seeing all the good reviews and confirming you had the car we wanted. I cannot say enough about Amanda and Betsy. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
