This is our first Suburu and we were very impressed with the help we got, from the salesperson Kathrynne Horine all the way through the followup with Betsy Taylor. Although all the features and safety features were explained to us at delivery, it was most helpful to meet with Betsy Taylor a month later to go over the things we had questions about. She was very knowledgeable, patient with our questions and explained things to us in words we could understand.

New Subaru owner and I can say that I am quite impressed. What other car company would provide a one-on-one teaching experience? None. Betsy was knowledgeable, informative, kind, and fun. Had a great time and learned a few things about my new Outback.

this is a very badly run dealership. . they make me drive 50 miles with appointment to tell me that car is sold. did not care to even call to cancel appointment

Excellent on all fronts! This is my 2nd Subaru purchase with Falcone. I am definitely a customer for life. Subaru make an superior, stylish product at a reasonable price and Falcone is a great dealership to deal with. Every department at Falcone is excellent to work with. Sales, finance and service. Follow up was greatly appreciated. The technology of our new vehicle was a bit overwhelming. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile for their customer. The service department is A+ as well.
