I’ve not yet met an associate at Falcone who has poor customer service. There must be something in the water over on west 16th street that makes these folks so helpful. Betsy is no exception. She helped me learn the ins and outs of my new ‘21 Crosstrek that has WAY more bells and whistles than my old 2013. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to learn how to get the full experience from their new Subaru.

This was the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Falcone. Alex M. Has been my salesperson for every single transaction. Each and every time Alex and all other employees have always gone above and beyond to make sure I not only get the best value on trade but best deal on a new vehicle. Buying a new car when there is limited supply is challenging. Falcone and Alex did a great job in helping me get what I wanted in a reasonable time frame. Got a good deal and reasonable amount for my trade. Everything was done professionally and efficiently.

Excellent dealer, I bought A new Jetta, straight forward price, no add ons like many dealers, I went to another dealer and they wanted to charge me for a protective coat $1000. at Falcone I was charged the price of the car and no dealer fees, so there are no surprises like other dealers. thank you for your service

I called and talked with Alex on Tuesday 10/19/21 and explained what was happening He was able to help me right away and when I picked the car up he took great care of means was able to get them to let me use my credit card for all of my down payment Very helpful

My next car purchase will be from Falcone! However, I must admit I may have found my forever car. I have never had such a positive car purchasing experience as Falcone, and I've had more than a few. Getting a new car should make you feel excited, happy, and confident. That's how I've felt after driving away with my Forester, and those feelings have been reinforced with followup from the sales team.
