Just when I thought my experience with Falcone couldn't get any better, I met Betsy. She explained everything I could possibly need to know about my new Forester. She was so very patient and answered all my questions. Betsy took me to the service department to meet the manager and set up my first service appointment. Why would anyone buy a Subaru from another dealer!

Steffon Young provided excellent service from our initial phone call to our drive off the lot in our new Subaru Ascent. He listened attentively and answered every question completely.
