Betsy and Bert are both top notch folks and were both very helpful in learning about the new Outback. This was the best car buying experience EVER. Our salesman was upfront, friendly and a great communicator. The finance manager was the same. Falcone's whole process is easy and I can honestly say this is an outstanding and honest dealership!
