Went in early October to pre-order a BRZ. I worked with Steffon Young through the while process and he was brilliant. Made sure any questions I had were answered and if he didn’t know he found the answer. Pre-delivery I also worked with Tony from the service center who did excellent work to order winter tires and installed them and updated me consistently with when they ordered them, when they arrived, and when they were installed onto the vehicle.
