I was very happy with my salesmen, Nick and Mitch. The financing/signing of paperwork was super easy and fast. This was the easiest and fastest purchase of a vehicle that I’ve ever had. I think it’s super cool that I was able to meet with Betsy, the delivery specialist to go over questions after driving it. She answered all questions and was very personable and knowledgeable.

Received an email with the cost of the car. When I arrived at the dealership the price went up. Be willing to walk away. Very unprofessional!
My experience with Subaru Rochester was amazing! Esad the sales rep and Jake the finance director were both great help in answering all my questions making my first car buying process very smooth. I would definitely recommend buying from Subaru in Rochester!
