I have had as VERY POSITIVE experience with Falcone. Primary reason was the very complete sales visit I had with Matt. After my purchase i had a most positive visit with Betsy who did a most positive training session with me. I spent a most productive hour learning about my Subaru. It was a well planned and complete session. I was concerned that I had. not written down my questions but she covered all of the items that I will normally use.

There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to explain our experience with Falcone and our salesperson Gene Neal. From the first phone call to the day he handed us the keys to our new 2021 Subaru the service was beyond exceptional. This is the best place to purchase a car! First time we came here was 2 years ago and it was such a good experience that we came back again and they didn't disappoint!
