The best experience I have ever had in buying a new car. Jeff the salesperson who worked with me was fantastic.
Pleasant and courteous. Heard my problem and gave me phone number to call for road side service since under warranty. Someone came within 15”. Got battery jumped, took to subaru and worked in. Battery replaced within 2 hours again under warranty. Very friendly and helpful.
I was very happy with purchase of Certified used Outback Onyx XT. Shyanne helped me make the most of the 7 day Love what you drive promise. After a few days I realized being not much more, it made sense to go with a new outback. The exchange was seamless. It was a great experience working with the Rochester team.
I purchased a new 23 Subaru Crosstrek from Jeff Perkins he made my shopping experience wonderful. If you are looking for a vehicle go see Jeff you will be glad you did.
Service managers, Chris and Jennifer, communicate very well. Friendly and accommodating. They don’t over sell the service options.
Drove all the way from Nashville Tennessee because the customer service was so well and not not require me to have option for the car. I did not want.
