Everything about my experience was amazing! Nick was great and made everything easy. Within five minutes of walking into his office I had car payment numbers which I appreciated after waiting hours at other dealerships. I would recommend Falcone to anyone!

The whole trade-in and buying experience went very smoothly. This is not the case with other auto dealerships that I have dealt with. I would definitely recommend! We received a fair trade-in and a great price on our Subaru Outback. We love it!!

Staff at Falcons is very friendly and ready to help. They took time to answer questions and run numbers as I tried to make up my mind. They lost a star due to my experience actually purchasing. I felt pressured to get in on a Monday, and when I made it work, the process took hours due to a bottleneck in financing. I even had to call back a couple of days after purchasing to ask them to complete my loan documents–it seems as though they forgot.

Alex was helpful in showing us two different Subaru Ascents on the lot. When we texted him later that we were ready to buy, he started the paperwork and had the car detailed and ready to go. The next day, Matt took time to orient us to our new car.
