The dealership is clean and welcoming. I know that location has been there a long time, but pulling in is always tricky. However, everyone is friendly and very helpful.

Great people to work with. I flew down from MI because they beat the prices here that much. They were also great getting me at the airport, having the car ready and most importantly sticking to the agreed deal and making sure they honored an additional veteran discount.

This is the third Outback purchase I have made from Falcone Subaru since 2017. By far this is the best experience yet! Falcone Subaru just keeps getting better and better each time I visit. Ermir my salesman’s followed me throughout the process from ordering, waiting for manufacture to delivery. Attention to details, asking and getting answers quickly and follow through are A+’s. I went to Hanania Subaru of Orange Park yesterday (Sunday, 3/5/2023) to test drive a new 2023 black on java brown Ascent Touring that recently arrived to the dealership. I was also looking to trade a five month old 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy AWD and the process was quite nice and not confrontational at all.
