Very professional and very nice and friendly. Explains things very well and did not push us to buy
This is the best experience that I have had with a car dealership and sales person. My salesman was Chris Thompson. He was exceptional! I'm 74 and tech challenged. He was very patient with me. Everyone at the dealership was kind and courteous and I love my new Suburu Crosstrek Sport model. It's my second Crosstrek. It has several safety features which is very important to me.

We came to Farrish because my daughter - a first time car buyer - was interested in one particular Subaru model and a model from a different manufacturer. After test driving a couple of cars (at Farrish and another dealership) and developing a stronger sense of what she wanted, she ultimately bought a different Subaru model - one which had all the features she was looking for. We had been car shopping on-line for a few months and had Subaru on our list and decided to stop in last Saturday.
