And I have still been billed by them despite doing everything from EMailing the gym and even having my poor mother go in and try to tell them to stop billing my card (since I obviously cant go in now). I do not recommend this gym and I will not be stepping foot in another EoS. Easily one of the worst companies Ive done any business with.

Same story at the other complaints, cancelled my account and continue to get billed. I agree, they are very shady and don't do business fairly. Treat customers well or follow-through on things they have said. I have cancelled my membership three times and continue to get billed. Don't know how to proceed and get them to rectify the issue.

The team did have a chance to take care of you. If there is something further needed then the team at the ********** gym will be able to assist you.
Was brought into the Gym by an ad for $10 per month. I consulted with a sales rep and he convinced me to join for $22 per month, then I logged into the app where it said I would be charged over $70 on my monthly billing so within a day of signing up I took advantage of the cancellation period. A few days later I logged into the app again to verify the cancellation, but the membership was still active, so I went into the location again and cancelled it at the front desk. I have been waiting months for a call back for PT, I have called I have sessions that are paid for. I have talked to various team members, PT manager & have been told I will get at call back. I was given a name of who would call me back & have yet to get a call this has already been about 3-4months. At this point I would like to see if I can get of a refund as from the beginning everything has been a mix up with this locations pt. I have been trying to cancel my membership for many months now. When i contacted EOS, many months ago, I was told that my membership will be cancelled but i will be charged for the prior month. I agreed since i just wanted to cancel and didn't want to deal with them anymore. Few months later, I was charged a renewal fee of $49.99.
