Tried to cancel my trainer, paid the cancelation fee, plus the entire contract. Kept being told it was canceled then get charged. Tried for 3 months to deal with this. Just got the run around. Then just to be told "sorry". Paid ****** beyond when I was told it was canceled seversl times. Had to cancel my debit card that was tied to account. I was never ever offered any sort of refund. Didn't even get a shirt for refering a friend. Just good at talking out their butts. Very disappointing.

****, I see that the team did get you taken care of an also canceled the membership for you. They did submit a 30 day cancel but they waived the last month for you. You have no more debiting and can use the facility until August 22. Thank you.

Stay away! Joined last year for the new location in ********. Opening day was supposed to be November 1 2022 and I was told card would not be charged until I step foot inside and activate. That was a lie 6 months later 1 month after opening day which I never got a call for but got calls for 4 months for everything else my card was charged. I went in and tried to cancel and they would not. I stopped payment on the card an now they won't let me cancel until past due balance is paid! This place has been a huge let down! Everything is always broken!!! It takes them way too long fix anything. The mens bathroom only has 3 stalls for this massive size gym. Poorly designed, poorly managed, poorly executed. Completely on happy with EOS at this point. Would not sign up again.

Have not used EOS service since 2021. My credit card was charged on monthly. I called one year ago in 2022, cancelled my membership, but my credit card was still charged many months later. I cancelled my credit card, however I am sent to collections for not canceling membership.

Such a terrible waste of investment on the place and equipment but the company has not spent a dime on its employees to treat its patrons properly.Poor, rude and arrogant employees specifically **** and **** at ****************************** location. They get to your face and talk..What a waste!!!!

Had a blue membership years ago, cancelled it and moved. Not once in 2 years have I ever received anything in writing, over the phone or on my credit report about having a balance at this club.Fast fwd to Dec 2022, I sign back up online. If I still had a membership, how did I sign up again? Anyways, lost my wallet in Feb and didnt think about EOS billing as they never call or notify you of a past due until you get a collection notice from *** Fitness Solutions. I have had a membership before *** bought out the Golds locations. When I didnt have a credit card my sister took care of the reoccurring payments. When I moved states I told her to cancel it. She went to EOS in March of 2022 to cancel it and payed the month. The desk person told her they could waive the cancellation fee. I received no further communication until I had already moved states. They sent my account to collections without ever contacting me. I was contacted by a sales employee at this eos fitness in October 2022 who stated if I updated my card info any past due fees would be waived so I joined and got the black card now I'm advised they sent me to collections and did not hold up to their promise. Their saying I had to make 2 payments of ***** additionally on top of.my membership to remove it from collections. This all comes from their failure to communicate for anything. I signed up for the black card membership in the personal trainer as well I had to cancel because my son has got injured so I had to stay home and take care of him because hes unable to walk and I gave them the doctors letter showing them proof that I am unable to commit to the personal training, they told me that they would cancel it within *********************************************************************************** the runaround This is ridiculous. I did not think this is how he E0S does business.
