I have been trying to cancel both my membership and PT membership since December of 2022, I keep reaching out and contacting you guys but nobody has done anything to help cancel the membership. I have emailed a bunch of people and spoke to on the phone with multiple people saying they will cancel it. This has been going on for WAY too long. This complaint was such a disappointment.

I purchased the trainer package and was told by the employee that I was able to cancel it because I had 30 days to cancel it if i didnt like it. Then He stated that he put in a request to cancel it. And Im still getting charged for it. I havent even had a trainer since then and I am still paying for something I dont even need. They I was still being charged so I called again and they said they have no record of it being cancelled so I would need to go in store. I no longer live in that state nor are there EOS where I live. Shady and blatantly predatory business practices. We cancelled in person, per their policy, months ago. EOS continued to charge us. Half a dozen in person visits and calls later, the right person to resolve this issue is mysteriously never available. We have reported a dispute to our bank. Would never recommend EOS as there's really nothing unique about their facilities and they have no business ethics.
