This is not the first time this EOS location has failed to cancel my membership and CONTINUE to steal my money. I have called multiple times to state I am no longer a member there and yet they've failed to communicate to their employees. This business is super unorganized and only has interested on taking your money. The personal training contract and billing process at EoS Fitness is horrible!! The customer service is terrible too!!I had requested to be dismissed from both mine and my daughter's personal training contracts, last fall; when my financial hardship started. I was duped into a personal training training contract. I had to cancel after a month due to lack of funds. They put a freeze on my account. I was told all I had to do to cancel was to pay a $100 fee; I did that. I decided to switch gyms. I'm told that I have to pay out the rest of my contract even though I'm not using it. I'm paying $130 a month for a service that I'm not using. When I called to straighten it out, the manager was rude, crude and very mean. He blamed everything on me. He would not listen

I was charged 2x on my account. I was told that I was going to get refunded 3 weeks ago by the manager. I have been calling and went there but I have not seen any refund on my account. Also I want to file a complaint re. The kids club I signed up my son and got a call I need to get my child because he was having a melt down, the employees that were there definitely did not help my child until it was escalated. Do NOT use this gym for their personal training services. Their fees are twice as high as other gyms with ZERO customer service. I requested their fee schedule in writing and told that was not possible. Then after suffering an accident 2 months into the program and requesting a freeze, which was never applied to my account they charged my card an additional $2000.00 in training charges. I canceled my membership and then got a call 2 months later from a collections agency saying I owe money from EOS. I went to EOS and they said I can get out if I re sign up, pay a $50 fee and stay a member for 2 months. I did that and kept my membership for 4 months. This company doesnt care for it customers they push and they push without caring if you they can help or not. I have a small baby and I wanted to work out on my own because I dont have constant availability everyday they wouldnt allow me to cancel my personal training and the Manager is constantly dodging me left and right. Crooks. They lie lie lie. They fired the personal trainer that my wife wanted to specifically use and now they wont cancel her contract. Stay away. Theyve charged her over $400 in just 3 weeks .
After a year of never using my membership, I went online to cancel my membership and the contact page clearly stated that cancellations must be done in person.
