DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DEBIT CARD INFO!!! If we havent signed up with our AMEX we would be ***************. *** had to fight all kinds of charges - including a bogus 8 different annual fees. They dont supply anything in writing. They claimed their system was down one day and I signed us up online for a family plan. We NEVER a had the $1 join fee honored. I signed up for EOS gym and personal training in June. In September, I had to freeze the account due to medical reasons. For some reason the freeze was not approved and at that point I had asked them to just cancel the membership and the personal training because I could not come anymore. I anyways had only signed up for a 4-month personal training. I never had a problem with ***, in fact I like it. Until management changed and the new manager ***** has been trying to get my membership revoked for going to the gym with family members who all have memberships as well. Not only that but he also began making up lies that I have been trying to recruit people to train and I have people that I am training, that confirmed I was a trainer. Hello EOS team. My experience with EOS Fitness has possibly been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business. When I suddenly had to move to another state only 3 weeks after signing up, I would have assumed *** would take that into consideration before they: 1) Charged my account over $400, despite many attempts and hours on the phone trying to get it resolved. 2) Called multiple times every day for several months. The sales representitive (yes, as-in car dealership) was condescending, and didn't seem to care that I was only walking-in to *see* the gym that was still only 95% complete. I told him flat out I wasn't going to sign up until the middle of either January or February. Had Concerns about an issue with the kids club, have reached out multiple times to the Gm, no called returned. Had the district manager reach out once, returned his call multiple times but no response since. This incident happened 5 days ago.

I'd give no stars. I'm asking for some help please with cancelation, I've been trying to get completed. There is a 30 day cancel per our processing company. there will be a final payment of $19 on Dec 16 and you are able to utilize the facility until Jan 15.
