Ive been a member of EOS for 8 years. I have the best trainer in the industry. ******************** is her name and I joined the gym so I could get her as a trainer. Shes kept me with the gym. I think the gym only gets better and better every year. I only pay $24.99 a month plus my training. This business is a scam disguised as a gym membership.l! STAY AWAY!! Once they have your payment information you will never be able to cancel your account. I have tried 4 times now. Each time they tell me that the cancellation request has gone through successfully, and then I get another bill the next month and they say it was never cancelled! If you dont pay the money they say you owe in this scam, they will report you to the credit bureaus. STAY AWAY! DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING OR YOU WILL NEVER GET OUT!

****, I see the notes on the account that the team did cancel your account. There was a past due on there that I was able to waive for you so there is nothing owed on the account. The notes indicate that you canceled on Nov 9 meaning that Dec 5 would have been your last payment. Your previous dues didn't go through due to a balance on the account but again I waived that for you and you are all set.
Do not sign up for a membership or personal training session.The people at the ********, ** location are shady, deceptive, and don't even have the power possible to help you cancel a membership. They have to rely on corporate. How laughably pathetic.They did not tell me about any costs or agreement until after I had signed up for their contract. i have no complaints on the condition of the gym, but membership to this gym is a very malicous contract, their cancellation fees are outrageous and the sheer amount of hoops i had to jump through to even get it cancelled is obscene, I moved out of state in march and have been trying to deal with them consistently since then. I call them in august to cancel because I was out of the state but they did not I call them in October same thing now November keep getting money from my bank account I feel frustrated because they suppose make a request for cancelation but keep charging for even more than the monthly service dont use this company they are just scamming people and I will make all my effort to let people know

Hello,I have called a total of three times if you count today, in an attempt to cancel a account/membership I have with EOS, I didn't take down the dates and who I spoke to because I felt confident that this would be done. If I could give -0 I would. Dont ever sign up for this gym because it will be the worst decision in your life. Ive tried cancelling my membership for months now and its still pending. When are they actually going to work on cancelling it? This gym is full of BS so dont fall for their scam.

Did not go to the gym since July.Was charged a 100 dollar fee in July that I was not aware of. Called to cancel then and they did not cancel. Cancelled a few days ago. They refuse to give back the return payment.They hide behind it was in the agreement. But they know that is not right to do morally. Shame on you. Legal theft.
