Worst experience ever! EOS is a sneaky business, do NOT get their membership. Had a manager sign me up, didn't provide any clarity on what the full costs were. I mentioned I was on a tight budget and yet, she insisted on the packages and extra sessions with a personal trainer. The contract wasn't clear and she pointing at these low figures on the contract. They charged me $362 in the first 30 days after a frustrating back and forth with the manager and employees. The employees even said it was "another ****** situation" to t... read more

I got a membership there and thought the gym was great. I was sitting in the Sauna and got kicked out because I had tennis shoes on. "I am sorry sir, you have to wear open toed shoes in the sauna." I am a diabetic, fat, old, ugly feet and don't want people to see that. I explained to the front desk that I wanted to cancel my membership because of that. They laughed and said ok, we will put the request in for you but corporate will have to cancel it and there will be another charge because you have to give a 30 day notice. I ... read more

I am Very VERY ****** off. ******* (fitness manager) and ***** (manager) at the St Rose/Amigo location signed me up on June 20th for membership and personal training. I was not informed in anyway that I was signing a 6 month contract. Regarding of what the contract says. I was explained in full detail about the membership being no contract (month to month) and about how they were doing discounts and what not. Dont join this gym scam rusted s*** show covered with a shiny surface .. same issues get cancelled for work out try get another and no call backs..

My cc was stolen and then locked and happened to fall on the week of my lvac charge was up. Guess what they charged it and obviously it got denied and they added a fee and wont forgive the fee.

I see our processing company did submit a $25 NSF on your account. They do pay fees for that and then charge to the member. What I did is waive you new two months of dues to make up for that.
