Hello, currently ****** since my husbands PT contract was never canceled when asked to be canceled. He went in to cancel 10/7 and was told that starting on 10/21 he would get charged $150 instead of $390.Instead of canceling/downgrading they pulled up a new contract where he would pay &150 bi- weekly.He received revised contract and signed stating that his first payment of $150 would start on 10/21 but instead gets charged $390 on 10/21 and on top of that the following Monday gets charged $150 on 10/24. On June 30, 2022 at 5:08 pm PST I called the EOS Fitness in *********** and spoke to the gal at the front desk regarding my membership. I asked her how many sessions I had left on my personal training and she confirmed there were four remaining sessions left. I also inquired about downgrading my account from $24.99/month to $9.99/month. She let me know the fee to downgrade to the $9.99/month plan would be $100. Ive been going to EOS for the last year now. I have been trying to cancel my account for the last 3 months because The location is far and I havent been going as much. When I noticed a charge the first time after I thought I canceled, I called, they said the cancelation never went through, so I got charged another month. The second month I went in person to cancel my account. I told the representative signing me up that I DID NOT want Personal Training. The rep ended up signing me up for a 12-month program anyways, and I am now out $1400 from this gym. The gym overall is excellent, but this is entirely uncalled for from a business standpoint. I am expecting a full refund for the 10 terms of PT I have paid for so far, as I am not going to use them for whatever reason.

***********************, A HIGHER UP MANAGER, IS SCAMMING PEOPLE AT THE *** GYM. I decided to cancel my membership after 1 year exactly but to cancel my membership, for some reason they are charging me the yearly membership fee for this UPCOMING year that I will never use. They sent an email that if I dont pay the yearly membership for NEXT year that they will not cancel my membership and keep charging me until they send it to a collection agency. ****, our processing company does ask for 30 days to cancel and if the *** lands within that time frame the system still pulls it. What I have done, as a customer service gesture, is asked the staff to refund the $49 for you. Refunds do take 8 to 12 business days. Thank you.

I chose this gym because of their child care. I visited the ********* location with my 8 yo daughter, she approved the child care, so I signed up for membership that same day. When I came back that same week, the child care lights were off, so I came to one of several people next to the front desk to ask for information. One man approached me, and in a very rude and condescending way, told me that the person supposed to run the child watch didn't show up. No more explanations or an apology for the inconvenience. Over 5 months ago I tried canceling my membership! My trainer stopped calling me, stopped working w me and I have a family member with a terminal Illness and have been forced to move. They didnt cancel, they didnt pause, they did nothing but keep charging me! Now $1200 dollars later *** refuses to refund my money! This is BS!!!! Im pissed! I want my money back now!!! Back in May I was pressured and lied to about the PT contract. I was told that Id only have to pay 200$ a month turns out it was really 400$. Its really 200 bi-weekly. I told him I only wanted to try it for a month and *****, the employee, said no worries Im sure we can do that. He took my name and my account number etc and said he was going to put it on his boss desk that way when I wanted to cancel i could.
