On December 15, 2021 I hired a personal trainer at EOS FITNESS located at ******************************************************************************, **.The ******* that I spoke with was named ******* last name unknown. The agreement was for a 6 month plan. Because I did not actually see the physical contract I took him at his word that it would be for 6 Months only unless I chose to continue. If I could give them lower than one star I would. Eos Fitness is completely ok with committing illegal acts against their members. My wife and I signed up and during this process we were asked if we had anyone we could refer. We referred a friend of ours, and everything went smoothly for about a year until the person we referred attempted to cancel her membership. This gym is by far the worst. I signed up in May. They managed to have 3 accounts set up for me when I went in in person. I cancelled all with in the time frame cause I was just tired or the run around and not getting any kind of answers from anyone on why they had that many account open for one person and why they were not cancelled! I started with a regular gym membership ontop of signing up for personal training. I attended the location in *********, on ****************************. At the time I had a full time job and could afford to pay for a personal trainer. I ended up losing my job shortly after, and I had went to eos to tell them my situation. Scam of an establishment. I signed up for personal training because the fitness manager wouldnt stop following me around the establishment with offer after offer, he also said I could cancel anytime. Now when I go to cancel he is saying I am contracted to pay 12 payments or else he will send me to collections. Eos Is scaming. So when you first sign up they tell you one time fee $***** then $10 a month as long as your account is open. A year later they charged $59.99. So. You got pay every $***** every year plus 10 dollars every month. Totally confusing the whole process of the membership. Never go with this kind of business. I had requested a freeze on my account due to my deployment orders. They filed the freeze but they keep charging my account for personal training. I am currently not hauling this service so i see no need for them to keep charging my account. I wont be back in the states for a while either so I would like for them to completely cancel this. If possible get my money back for the past two months because I have not used their services. It is exhausting that I have to continue to try and solve this issue.
