Basically the *********, ** gym is a complete DUMP!.... They do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the way of cleaning it. There is mold and mildew all over the sinks and underneath the hand driers. The ledges under the upper windows must be holding 1/8" of dust. Which is most likely being blown about by the giant ceiling fans. The machines appear to have not been wiped down in a solid 6 month to a year. There is bits of trash almost everywhere. Handles are missing from many of the machines. This gym billed me still after I went and told them to cancel my membership, I did this in April of 2023. They wrote down my name and phone number in a sticky note and send me away, really unprofessional. I trusted them to cancel the membership and they didnt. I am really unset because of the billing. To be honest I expected more from this company. Im really down to earth and I think they have broken a trust. I do really want my money back. I tried emails and calls to corporate office and they are saying that they moved and ... read more

I was injured on the job June 1, 2023. I provided the doctor notes and diagnosis to cancel my personal training sessions. I was told my payments would be suspended. My personal training payments are still being collected it's July 11, 2023. I was told by management I was not going to be refunded any funds. EOS is charging for services not rendered.

Save your time and energy; go to a company who won't charge you for their failures/lack of customer service. $114.97 just to pay and cancel an account that I've been having non stop issues with. I got a new phone number and debit card and it has been an absolute nightmare to get things sorted out. I've been called during work to pay the account. Their "call center" will not let you proceed without verifying your payment # causing longer delays on the payment. EOS please tell me how I can have that number if I can't get into ... read more

STAY AWAY!!! THIS PLACE IS EXPLOITING and TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG KIDS AND THE ELDERLY!!! My daughter went for a 7 day free trial where the first visit they tried to get her to sign up for a membership. When she was about to agree, they told her to pay the low maintenance fee and that going forward, the company would be taking out $50 every month and sometimes $100 every month, but couldnt tell her a specific date or amount they would be charging her! ! They said it could be done at any given time each month and they would... read more
