Getting really tired of this location and about to cancel my membership for good. I've been good with my payments and never missed once. I updated my form of payment for them to take out automatically when it's due -which has never been an issue- days in advance and now I go to check and I'm passed due. Spoke to an employee at that location who didn't even care to help. I might as well have went to Planet Fitness
EOS is nothing but a huge scam. I signed up for a 7 day pass which they had told me I needed to come in person to get it activated. Well guess what , it took more than 7 days for me to get there so they told me they couldn't give me a 7 day pass even though they never had my id to activate one until I got there. Bait and switch. They were just trying to railroad me into buying a membership on the spot despite not being able to test out the club. Guess I dodged a bullet, I hear it's not so easy to cancel your membership here
What a joke. They dont care about your well being, only whats inside your wallet. I simply wanted to sign up for a gym for a monthly membership, then I get pulled aside and they try to offer me personal trainer sessions. I wasnt really interested but the guy was so persistent that I gave in and said that I would try the 1 personal trainer session for $20. I signed up for gym as I wanted to start working out after a long break. ****** and her manager offered me personal training which I refused as I didnt wanted to spend money as I was aware of almost every exercises but for they offered me a deal saying if buy products from us well give you free 4 sessions of 1 hours each time which I agreed. Ripped us off for over $200 dollars. We signed up for NON-CONTRACTUAL memberships, and of course it wasn't non contractual memberships. when we asked to cancel it took 4 more payments $50 from us and lots of excuses to why. Funny how all the complaints below are the same.

Its disappointing to see that the gym Ive been going to for years have been scamming people and I finally got caught in the web of it. The fitness manager ******* had me sign a contract that he did not show or explain to me about it being a RECURRING SERVICE and will be charging me $1891. The day of him having me sign the pad, I only received a receipt of $19 and was not shown the full contract. ZERO Save your time and money, do not come to this gym or even think about getting personal training here. When I wanted to continue my 4 month agreement my personal trainer set me up with a fitness manager to get it all sorted. Now almost a year later as im looking over my charges I noticed that they have been overcharging me a massive amount. My wife had a membership and cancelled because she didn't use it. Three years later I get a call from a debt collector saying I owe eos fitness $250 even though I cancelled the membership. I talked to multiple people and everyone says we have no record of cancellation. So now I'm out $250 and I will never use this company again and I hope you think twice about using them as well!

This gym is a sham. Do not come here or at the least do not sign up for personal training. I have been trying to cancel my personal training for months now. I went in three times and was told that a fitness manager was not in and I would be contacted. Then I was never contacted. The last time I went in I was told that my trainings were canceled and I wouldn't be charged again besides the cancelation fee.
