The gym is always overcrowd but was tolerating this cause I cancelled my old one but I cancel my membership cause my card was changed and during that time I was not visiting the gym and when came back had a late feed cause my card did no go thru but they did no call or send me an email so I ask to remove it, they were very rude but so smart that prefer the cancellation of 3 membership (two premium) and no remove 15 dollars. I do not recommend to any one and taking with my experience I have a friend that will cancel it. Thank... read more

I also signed up for personal training at the ***** Midtown location with the salesman named Jah. While working out the first day I realized I should have relied on my physical therapist due to lower back issues. I attempted to cancel my personal training sessions THE VERY NEXT DAY. I was told only *** could cancel my agreement because no one else had been trained on how to cancel agreements. I insisted they find a way to cancel the agreement.
