I have been racking up charges since April 19th, 2023 for a "personal training package" that I was not fully aware of it being a subscription-like service. I was under the impression, it was a "one time charge" for a "welcome workout" of $19, thereafter, if I enjoyed the service I could continue for full price. The gym is always overcrowd but was tolerating this cause I cancelled my old one but I cancel my membership cause my card was changed and during that time I was not visiting the gym and when came back had a late feed cause my card did no go thru but they did no call or send me an email so I ask to remove it, they were very rude but so smart that prefer the cancellation of 3 membership (two premium) and no remove 15 dollars. I do not recommend to any one and taking with my experience I have a friend that will cancel it. Thank... read more

I also signed up for personal training at the ***** Midtown location with the salesman named Jah. While working out the first day I realized I should have relied on my physical therapist due to lower back issues. I attempted to cancel my personal training sessions THE VERY NEXT DAY. I was told only *** could cancel my agreement because no one else had been trained on how to cancel agreements. I insisted they find a way to cancel the agreement. Awesome gym, but I felt pressured to sign up for the personal training sessions when I first signed up for the gym. Its been a good couple of months since, and I havent even been scheduled for any sessions for MONTHS. Ive been getting unknowingly charged $43 every two weeks, and when I came to the gym recently the assistant training manager assured me that I would no longer be charged and would be reinstated for those past charges. DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR FINANCIAL DETAILS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF CONTINUOUSLY EVEN AFTER YOU CLOSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP.. WHICH IS A CIRCUS SHOW IN ITSELF. YOU KNOW YOUR MEMBERSHIP RECRUITER IS LYING TO YOU WHEN THEIR LIPS ARE MOVING, DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY ABOUT ANYTHING.. CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLEANLINESS, MAINTENANCE IS BASICALLY NON-EXISTENT..
