I have just been contacted by a collection agency telling me I owe 1, 000 to EOS. I wrote a letter and never heard from them,. I had already paid 400. for just one month. When they signed me up I thought the trainer was included with the fee I had paid. They were taking 95. out of my acct. every week for the trainer who quit the first week and only worked with me 2x in a month. I have not been back there since almost a year and now the collection agency is after me-wow, what a mistake-I am 65 and thought I was smart-I guess ... read more

I had went in to activate my free seven day trial pass and was given a tour an then promptly sat down to go over signing up for a member ship. Then as the assistant manager of the fitness trainers scrolled through the screen on the computer saying we are doing these discounts an we can sign you up today and that they were also doing doing discounts on the session prices for the per... read more

When I had an appointment to get started I was stood up. What they say never matches what they do. I cancelled the membership in May and I am still trying to get them out of my bank account in July. When I talked to a representative from the parent company to resolve the issue I was told to take a specific amount of money to the gym and they wou... read more

When I signed up I was told that the first 4 training sessions for $20 and then I would be charged the $120 biweekly (trainer 2 times a week) after IF I wanted to continue the training 2 times a week biweekly.
