First a sales representative was rude and had an attitude then one seemed helpful and said I would only be charged $10 for using the gym while I was there visiting as long as I cancelled by March 6th. I tried to cancel today (weeks before the deadline I was told) and am now being charged I have to pay $62 for an annual membership fee. I see from other reviews being lied to seems to be part of their business model.

EOS Fitness allowed my 17 year old minor to enter into a Personal fitness and monthly contract. When confronted the manager indicated they didnt check identification and allowed people to complete their form with no verification. this seems like a possible fraud issue as well.When confronted to stop the payments from my sons account they indicated it would take two more payments.I am now requesting the company refund the $1,555.31 they debited from my sons account.

guys be extremely careful when you go to eos fitness. these people are cheaters. they explain something and get sign on something. they told me if i cancel within 30 days i do not have to worry. and they got sign on wrong paper and charged heavy money.when you talk to these people these are very rude. not worth going there

If i could put 0 star i would. The sale is scam. Very disappointed. Went to the eos gym in power and ******* location to signup oviously my main reason to signed up was just the sauna and maybe some Cardio. The sales force me to signed for personal training i keep telling her the reason i came its just the sauna and maybe cardio. But she would not listen. She then called the district manager told them i am not interested. Next time you know she let me signed and aggreement for teh $19, 2 sessions and i was like ok i dont rea... read more

After being with EOS fitness since my first move to *******, recently money got tight and things werent going good, so I cancelled several months ago or I should say tried to, look at my account today, they have still been taking money out of my account even after the first time I asked them to stop, which blows my mind considering I told them I would be back when funds came back to life. Terrible service! Back in November I had a bad experience with the employees at the kids club talking negatively about another child right in front of me, while dropping off my 2 kids.I wrote a review and the new Assistant GM reaches out and apologizes and agrees that he has some work to do with his staff. I asked to cancel my membership while they go through the transition of "cleaning up the staff" because I don't feel comfortable leaving my kids with them. Too many people sitting around on machines on their cell phones and not sharing the machines.

As much as we hope that everyone would be cognizant of others wanting to share equipment, it doesn't always happen unfortunately. I have shared this review with the Regional Vice President and the District Operations Manager to use for coaching staff to assist with equipment usage and member reminders.

Scammed just like every other complaint here. This is why I NEVER join health and fitness clubs. Deceptive and dishonest sales practices. Zero disclosure as prescribed under laws of the *******************. Was not presented with a written or viewable agreement for my inspection. Has I knew what I was signing, Id have never given these criminals my account info. Was told I can cancel anytime on a contract that is 12 months with a 4 month minimum commitment. This WAS NOT disclosed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM !!Once you sign a contract ( even for 1 day) they extort you to pay their annual membership fees plus another month if you cancel.They don't have a lot of machines and very crowded.
