If I could give negative stars, I would I had to cancel my membership because I was moving. I went into my EOS location in ******, **** and physically sat down with one of the employees to cancel. We went through my account and he assured me it was cancelled. Over a month later my account on the app still says Im active and making payments. I was still getting charged monthly fees and also a yearly fee I called to tell them that I had cancelled and the person helping me said that nothing had been done to my account when I ca... read more

****, I see on your account that when you contacted the club on May 29th the team did cancel your account for you. Your May dues did not process successfully so accounts do not cancel with a pending payment. However, the team still submitted a ticket to cancel for you even with the back dues. I have been a member of EOS fitness for quite some time, for months now I have been noticing that the equipment has been in bad repair and in need of being maintained properly. I have addressed my concerns to the staff on several occasions, I even pointed out the faulty equipment to no avail. I asked to speak with the manager twice and was diverted and not given access to express my concerns. I am a loyal Member at your *********** location in ************** **** and have been for over a year. I had my car stolen on Monday May 15th. Since then I am writing you because not a single manager or risk and fraud department has reached out to me to go over any cameras or any information regarding my incident. Worst customer service. I called 2 branches to cancel (********** and ***** **) and both told me about 30 days cancellation policy. That mean you will pay another month even if you called to cancel one day after you payed your last payment. I did not like that because they dont tell you about this when you sign up, it is written of course but this was not the bad part, she cut me while talking and I insisted to continue talking and she told me you dont have to be rude? I have loved eos for two years now. I was paying for a black membership which is $25 dollars for me. I recently moved and wanted to cancel my membership but then i decided to reinstate it. My last month paid was suppose to be ***** and then it was gonna be done except I renewed and was suppose to pay *** as well. Instead of $25 dollars coming out of my account in ***, *** took out $67.59. And in my account in the app it says I have a charge next month (June) for $76.10. I cancel my personal trainer back on November 2022 and for several months they have been charging. Back on march 2023 they started taking money from my back account every week. The people from that gym would deny it *********** I **** should them my bank transactions then they would come out with stupid excuses. I did a bunch of claims to bank I got a new card from ** bank, and this was able to still getting money from my bank. I was forced to closed my bank account. Looks like once again EOs fitness refuses to shut down accounts completely and contains to charge people for months. Then you call them and tell them you canceled months ago they say oh well you need to pay me 125 and then we can shut down your account. Im like your front desk person did not do it right and they dont care. They wont shut down your account until the balance is paid in full, and if not they will continue to charge you for months in months. They dont have a contract and state you can cancel anytime unless you h... read more

I have called multiple times last month (4/23) to cancel my personal training contract. They both said it has been submitted into the system, but I continue to get billed. Went in person to resolve it and Im still getting billed. I have paid over the amount (12) of payments on my contract and beyond frustrated. I do not know what else to do, but I will be going back again tomorrow morning before I have to legal action.

This is not the first time this EOS location has failed to cancel my membership and CONTINUE to steal my money. I have called multiple times to state I am no longer a member there and yet they've failed to communicate to their employees. This business is super unorganized and only has interested on taking your money.
