I have been trying to cancel my membership for many months now. When i contacted EOS, many months ago, I was told that my membership will be cancelled but i will be charged for the prior month. I agreed since i just wanted to cancel and didn't want to deal with them anymore. Few months later, I was charged a renewal fee of $49.99. Worst gym ever! I canceled my membership before the first payment because I ended up moving to a different state last minute. They told me they cancelled it and it wasnt. I cant get a hold of anyone to cancel It now. Complete rip off and scammers there!

First i put my account on hold because I was having complications with my pregnancy. Six months later found out they NEVER put it on hold. Then I cancelled mine a d my husbands account *** of thia year just to find out now they never cancelled my husbands account. They never called or email to say there was a balnce, I would jave realized they didnt cancel and it would have been fixed. The only reason we now know it wasnt cancelled was because they sent my husbands account to collections. They are shady and not worth dealing... read more

I did not have a good experience with EoS Fitness in *********. They insisted on a credit card so they could auto-bill as much as they liked. Cancelation was nearly impossible (still ongoing actually) and riddled with problems. Firstly, they advertise a $9.99/month membership, but what they don't tell you is that they'll charge you in advance for a yearly membership, among other gratuitous fees, and if you fail to provide them with a 30-day cancelation notice by email to their special email address, then you'll keep getting ... read more

I canceled my membership back in January and they didnt make any effort to cancel. I called to cancel 4 different times. Every time I called they said they canceled but actually didnt. This place is a SCAM. HR refused to refund me. They couldnt even send me a confirmation number after asking numerous times and I still havent received one. I have no clue how they havent been investigated
