DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR FINANCIAL DETAILS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF CONTINUOUSLY EVEN AFTER YOU CLOSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP.. WHICH IS A CIRCUS SHOW IN ITSELF. Horrible customer service. I've been trying to cancel my membership for the past month and all they say is to go online to cancel. When I did go online it doesn't allow me to submit a cancelation form. I tried to use a different form and put that I need to cancel membership and no one has ever gotten back to me. Didn't realize that trying to cancel something could be this hard. Horrible overall. I wouldn't recommend it.

I have tried to contact eos since the 26th when they charged my card $69.44 instead of the regular $15.73 I pay every month. I asked them why I was billed this but no answer, no email, nothing. I really just want it explained to me why it was charged with that much. They say on their website, a team member will get back to you within 24-48hours. Its been way more.

I signed up for a 4 @ cost of $43.00 every other week for amount of $387 month personal training program august 2022 first my trainer was great however was very inconsistent but I understand some issues however thats not my complaint. I have just been contacted by a collection agency telling me I owe 1, 000 to EOS. I wrote a letter and never heard from them,. I had already paid 400. for just one month. When they signed me up I thought the trainer was included with the fee I had paid. They were taking 95. out of my acct. every week for the trainer who quit the first week and only worked with me 2x in a month. I just want to come on here an leave my horrible experience with the EOS fitness trainer manager an assistant manager at the Carrolwood location. I had went in to activate my free seven day trial pass and was given a tour an then promptly sat down to go over signing up for a member ship.
