My name is ******** and I have a membership with them. I have requested for them to close my membership after 20 days. They still havent done it yet because I have disputed the transaction. They have lied to my bank and created a fake check-in. I will be going to the police department for that and hopefully to court

Highly do not recommend this business. Poor Management. There is no headquarters and the *****.... phone number given, is false. It goes to some alert medical device company the owners are probably promoting...who knows!Bottom line is you get the same non-explained answers and bad customer service from each EOS team member or so-called location manager, when it comes to any kind of cancellation, freeze on an acct. or god forbid a refund request of any amount.

I just recently open a member ship at this gym. The shower are dirty and nasty, ther mold on the wall, mold flies. One of ther ceiling vent has 3 to 4 of mold thick ness. Ther was poo on the floors, and razor. Just very nasty and very unsanitary.

I canceled my husband and I membership back in March. I was told I will have to pay Aprils dues which Im ok with. I still was charged in May, June July for both membership. For August, September I was charged for one membership. I have gone to the facility, called and emailed and have yet to hear from anyone. I have asked for reimbursement in my emails and still no response. I dont know what else can be done. I am very disappointed with this establishment.

I'm very disappointed that they didn't inform us about the 30 day cancellation policy on signup. We wanted to cancel because they wanted to charge us a $160 annual fee for me and my wife. We tried to cancel to avoid paying this annual fee, but unfortunately, even though we don't go to this gym anymore (for months), they're still making us pay it. I asked the manager if there was any way to waive the fee and he refused. We simply can't afford it and it will cost us 2 weeks of gas and groceries. I just lost my job and there is... read more

I went in to get my training session downgraded for the next 6 months before the timeline was up. They have been charging me for two training plans and giving me the run around for 3 weeks. No one has an answer or a solution. I wanted to keep my original plan and after it was up change to a different one. It was not that hard to do. This company will not stop sending me marketing emails to my work email, which they should NOT have. I emailed them from my primary email address months ago to delete my work email from their database as they should not have it. I don't even have a current membership n'or intend to have one with them. I stopped receiving messages from them for months after my emailed complaint to them, but my work email is ONCE AGAIN getting marketing spam emails sent to it...This is just completely ridiculous. I went to 19th ave-baseline in May to sign up for new gym opening in July and was told by manager they were not signing up people with insurance paying until after gym opens.(discrimination) as their ads didn't tell you this. I signed up i guess as a more desirable person and picked out my plan with the manager. In July I was asked to come back in for assessment/orientation where they were pushing the personal training/nutrition/goals agenda. They said to enter the gym thru a barcode on EOS mobile app which I had downloaded.... read more

I think that they are thieves who take from peoples bank account without the persons permission and then act like criminals when they are asked about their business practices. My son became interested in fitness only to be robbed by EOS Gyms.! Dont go there!!
