We enrolled our son in Eos fitness on August 03, 2023 in ****************************************************************** and they offered us a trainer for 2 days (August 4 and 5) at $ ***** but my son had to cancel on his 2nd day of training, which was August 5, he and my husband did cancel and my son let the trainer ****** know that he could not continue The training since their classes at school were quite a few and yet they continued charging us $156.00 without anything in return, this is the 2nd time that they deducte... read more
They stole more than $2000 and still continue to charge me after I canceled. Criminals! They say that they will send it to collection! Criminals! don't go and don't give them your financial information!

Highly do not recommend this business. Poor Management. There is no headquarters and the *****.... phone number given, is false. It goes to some alert medical device company the owners are probably promoting...who knows!Bottom line is you get the same non-explained answers and bad customer service from each EOS team member or so-called location manager, when it comes to any kind of cancellation, freeze on an acct. or god forbid a refund request of any amount.
