Be careful with this company they made a minor who is my 17-year-old daughter sign a gym contract. They made a fraud on her date of birth instead of putting the correct year 12/2007 they put 12/2006 so they could take money out of her bank account and make a gym contract and when I went and complained to them because they made that deception to my daughter they told me that she was the one who wanted to sign and they didn't want to return the money I was the one who went to the bank and I had to close the account so that the... read more

I was bamboozled into signing up for a trainer after repeatedly telling the salesman I couldn't afford one. They asked for my checking account information which seemed incredibly violating, so I gave them a credit card. When I tried to cancel my trainer the next day, I called and walked in a couple different times and was told the only people who can "do that" were unavailable every time. My wife and I had an issue that someone at Eos accidentally created an account with her debit card that was supposed to be a referral.This led to ** mistakenly paying over 500 dollars over the duration of 3 years without noticing it.We have approached a district and regional manager - and they resolved the issue, closed the account and refunded us all the money.I'd like to praise *********************** and ********************* and recommend them to Eos leadership as exceptional employees.We'll keep going to Eos.Everyone ma... read more

I signed up for personal training at this location. I went ahead after they continued to ****** me about it. I did 7 months of it and my trainer would repeatedly cancel on me when I already arrived @ the location. I was so sick of it, I transferred my PT to a different trainer. The club sent our new agreements a few months after I started, and the new agreement stated if you didnt agree to submit a letter and send to their member services, your account would be terminated immediately. I did not agree with the new changes to the contract so wrote my letter and sent it in - they still charged me an additional month and refused to refund me. I am on SSI due to cognitive issues and obesity (340lbs) I have reading comprehension and writing skills issue. My mother is helping me with this.After joining EOS Fitness, I was told I could ask for the pool and that I have 1 complementary personal training (pt) session. When I asked for the pool with the pt several times she still took me to the machines. I did not last the whole time because I have joint problems. My knee started hurting so I stopped . Wow...wish I had seen these reviews before I ever joined up. I had to threaten to get the ** & the police involved because they continued taking money from my bank account AFTER I followed all their stupid rules about cancelling my **************** I was scammed from the beginning and am out over $2000 for what I thought was an inexpensive gym. And now I get emails daily (sometimes more than 1) asking that I rejoin. This is a huge scam and don't trust anything they say!

Unfortunately, we have to cancel our membership and we were told when we signed up that if God for bid we had to cancel due to a medical reason, or if we moved outside the radius of 100 miles from a club, then we could cancel without a fee, and without a 30 day notice. Now I have been yelled at by the front desk team as well as the 800 number who told me they would talk to the front desk and have them process it as a medical cancel with no fee.
