This company is not to be trusted, I have been trying to cancel my membership since May of this year, but they will not give me any information as to how to precede with a formal cancellation. I have called over 20 times to cancel my membership, although multiple employees have confirmed my cancellation the business refuses to send me a confirmation via email that my account is indeed cancelled. Great sales pitch to join the fitness center but very poor execution. They have very bad business practices. In my case it was a very bad experience and added unnecessary stress instead of starting a peaceful workout and training. I cancelled my membership and personal trainer package after two days. Very disappointed.

I have worked harder to cancel this gym membership than anyone should ever have too. I stopped attending the gym probably around March or April. I called and advised I wanted to cancel in June. I was advised I needed to go in so I did. They advised me I needed to call a financing company called *** finance to cancel, so I did. The finance company was trying to charge me a cancellation fee, which I told them I would not be paying. I have been trying to cancel both my membership and PT membership since December of 2022, I keep reaching out and contacting you guys but nobody has done anything to help cancel the membership. I have emailed a bunch of people and spoke to on the phone with multiple people saying they will cancel it. This has been going on for WAY too long. This complaint was such a disappointment.

I purchased the trainer package and was told by the employee that I was able to cancel it because I had 30 days to cancel it if i didnt like it. Then He stated that he put in a request to cancel it. And Im still getting charged for it. I havent even had a trainer since then and I am still paying for something I dont even need. I continue to tell the manager to cancel it out even talk to that former employee why he told me that I could cancel out and I still get no response. I have been asking them to cancel my membership for over a year and a half. When I called customer service three times and they told me it was cancelled. They I was still being charged so I called again and they said they have no record of it being cancelled so I would need to go in store. I no longer live in that state nor are there EOS where I live. Shady and blatantly predatory business practices. We cancelled in person, per their policy, months ago. EOS continued to charge us. Half a dozen in person visits and calls later, the right person to resolve this issue is mysteriously never available. We have reported a dispute to our bank. Would never recommend EOS as there's really nothing unique about their facilities and they have no business ethics.

They never do what they say. I have tried to cancel multiple times. Tried getting ahold of the manager, which they have several on site. Even talked with a manager about canceling my membership. My husband had to physically go down and talk with the manager because they would not respond to calls or emails. I have a Personal trainer membership, so it's pretty expensive for what type of trainer you get. I have yet to receive something in writing about wanting to cancel. Kept charging after I cancelled membership. I called to cancel 7/5/23 because I moved and they did not cancel until 8/6/23. I disputed charge with CC company, and EOS provided "documentation" of me being at the gym on 7/5/23 - when I was not even in the US.
