recently had a membership at the *********** Eos. First off before I get to the point I never ever leave bad reviews or comments about anymore or anything. I had a training membership at this eos and had to move randomly. Decent gym, but good luck cancelling they refuse to cancel my membership. They keep telling me it's cancelled but keep charging me! Then when I call again and again and again they keep telling me I have to talk to a manager but then say they will cancel it but continue to lie about cancelling the membership.Fraudulent charges from the gym.

They hide bad reviews & submit fake good reviews on ******* & allow harassment & unhinged threatening behavior from roided out men on females. A guy approached me to mansplain what I was doing - insinuating I was doing the exercise wrong. I told him why I was doing the exercise the way I was due to a previous medical injury, and kindly explained it came off as mansplaining and I didnt really appreciate it. He then went full roid rage on me, telling me to stfu & so what if I was mansplaining, what are you going to do about it... read more

Very unpleasant experience at this gym. I closed my personal training, and they still continue withdrawing money from my account which is $88. Very poor financial management in this location (DowntownPhoenix). Mess. No one can correctly help and solve the client's problems. They just hang noodles on the clients' ears. Moreover, they charged money for the membership twice during the week and justified it as payment for the next month, which makes no sense. I need my refund of $88.

The gym itself is really nice, I enjoyed my visits there for the month I intended as a trial period. The cinema room was my favorite aspect of the gym. I realized after a few weeks that I didnt need a gym membership with a bunch of programs, I just needed a 24 hour gym with a treadmill. The reason for my 2-star review is because of customer service and the outright lies I was told as I signed their membership agreement. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to cancel this membership. They stole more than $2000 and still continue to charge me after I canceled. Criminals! They say that they will send it to collection! Criminals! don't go and don't give them your financial information!
