This gym is a complete scam with terrible communication skills. I was scammed into a 6 month contract and was NOT informed about the 3 day window of cancellation. I called the front desk after my personal training workout that I did not want to do it. I was then told "Ok I will let the manager know." Worst experience ever! EOS is a sneaky business, do NOT get their membership. Had a manager sign me up, didn't provide any clarity on what the full costs were. I mentioned I was on a tight budget and yet, she insisted on the packages and extra sessions with a personal trainer. The contract wasn't clear and she pointing at these low figures on the contract. I got a membership there and thought the gym was great. I was sitting in the Sauna and got kicked out because I had tennis shoes on. "I am sorry sir, you have to wear open toed shoes in the sauna." I am a diabetic, fat, old, ugly feet and don't want people to see that. I explained to the front desk that I wanted to cancel my membership because of that. I am Very VERY ****** off. ******* (fitness manager) and ***** (manager) at the St Rose/Amigo location signed me up on June 20th for membership and personal training. I was not informed in anyway that I was signing a 6 month contract. Regarding of what the contract says. I was explained in full detail about the membership being no contract (month to month) and about how they were doing discounts and what not. My cc was stolen and then locked and happened to fall on the week of my lvac charge was up. Guess what they charged it and obviously it got denied and they added a fee and wont forgive the fee.

Be really careful if you have to cancel your membership. I canceled my and my sons membership back in April when I moved out of state. I noticed they continued to withdraw fees out of my account. I called the 800 number and was told I would have to contact the gym directly, which I did. I was told they canceled my cancellation because they attempted to withdraw another payment and it did not work. This is a scam disguised as a gym. I had a medical reason to cancel my personal training membership and over a month later I am still being charged. I've tried contacting the corporate office and personal gym without any response. I've had to go through my bank to try to get these charges reversed as the contract has been canceled. The Personal training manager is the absolute worst. Tried to cancel my trainer, paid the cancelation fee, plus the entire contract. Kept being told it was canceled then get charged. Tried for 3 months to deal with this. Just got the run around. Then just to be told "sorry". Paid ****** beyond when I was told it was canceled seversl times. Had to cancel my debit card that was tied to account. I was never ever offered any sort of refund. Didn't even get a shirt for refering a friend. Just good at talking out their butts. Very disappointing.
