Shady and blatantly predatory business practices. We cancelled in person, per their policy, months ago. EOS continued to charge us. Half a dozen in person visits and calls later, the right person to resolve this issue is mysteriously never available. We have reported a dispute to our bank. Would never recommend EOS as there's really nothing unique about their facilities and they have no business ethics.

They never do what they say. I have tried to cancel multiple times. Tried getting ahold of the manager, which they have several on site. Even talked with a manager about canceling my membership. My husband had to physically go down and talk with the manager because they would not respond to calls or emails. I have a Personal trainer membership, so it's pretty expensive for what type of trainer you get. I have yet to receive something in writing about wanting to cancel. Kept charging after I cancelled membership. I called to cancel 7/5/23 because I moved and they did not cancel until 8/6/23. I disputed charge with CC company, and EOS provided "documentation" of me being at the gym on 7/5/23 - when I was not even in the US.

Worst gym ever Don't ever go there There is not a headquarter or main office customer support phone number, Don't provide any emergency contact, they will call and bug your emergency for attending to gym, they made mistake on my last name and it's been over 10 days they can't fix that simple issue I heard people got F.. for classes and things like that I will stop going there and will take a legal action against them for harassing my emergency contact Over crowded and you won't get a chance of using machines
