I did not have a good experience with EoS Fitness in *********. They insisted on a credit card so they could auto-bill as much as they liked. Cancelation was nearly impossible (still ongoing actually) and riddled with problems. Firstly, they advertise a $9.99/month membership, but what they don't tell you is that they'll charge you in advance for a yearly membership, among other gratuitous fees, and if you fail to provide them with a 30-day cancelation notice by email to their special email address, then you'll keep getting ... read more

I canceled my membership back in January and they didnt make any effort to cancel. I called to cancel 4 different times. Every time I called they said they canceled but actually didnt. This place is a SCAM. HR refused to refund me. They couldnt even send me a confirmation number after asking numerous times and I still havent received one. I have no clue how they havent been investigated

This complaint is for EoS Fitness, located at ****************************************************************I was personally not happy with the gym for no parking, overcrowded, and disproportionately very young crowd with poor gym etiquette. I have been there twice to cancel my membership. I understood the 30 day notice, so I expected to get charged a final month after canceling. Phini from kids care treated me horribly. After being a member since 2019 I was treated so poorly now I am seeking for elsewhere to go work out because I don't deserve the treatment she gave me.

I signed up for personal trainer sessions and due to their lack of staff and availability I am not even getting the sessions. I have paid over $100 for a quarter of the sessions I actually paid for. Now I'm being told I can not cancel this, I will be getting a different trainer again, and If I block it through my bank account it will go to collections. Horrible gym. I honestly dont care about the price anymore thought it would be more convenient with the **************. The gym is always dirty, staff members never at the front desk to help. I have been racking up charges since April 19th, 2023 for a "personal training package" that I was not fully aware of it being a subscription-like service. I was under the impression, it was a "one time charge" for a "welcome workout" of $19, thereafter, if I enjoyed the service I could continue for full price. I did not attend said workout because I had plans that night. The gym is always overcrowd but was tolerating this cause I cancelled my old one but I cancel my membership cause my card was changed and during that time I was not visiting the gym and when came back had a late feed cause my card did no go thru but they did no call or send me an email so I ask to remove it, they were very rude but so smart that prefer the cancellation of 3 membership (two premium) and no remove 15 dollars. I also signed up for personal training at the ***** Midtown location with the salesman named Jah. While working out the first day I realized I should have relied on my physical therapist due to lower back issues. I attempted to cancel my personal training sessions THE VERY NEXT DAY.
