Looks like once again EOs fitness refuses to shut down accounts completely and contains to charge people for months. Then you call them and tell them you canceled months ago they say oh well you need to pay me 125 and then we can shut down your account. Im like your front desk person did not do it right and they dont care. They wont shut down your account until the balance is paid in full, and if not they will continue to charge you for months in months. They dont have a contract and state you can cancel anytime unless you h... read more

I have called multiple times last month (4/23) to cancel my personal training contract. They both said it has been submitted into the system, but I continue to get billed. Went in person to resolve it and Im still getting billed. I have paid over the amount (12) of payments on my contract and beyond frustrated. I do not know what else to do, but I will be going back again tomorrow morning before I have to legal action.

I was duped into a personal training training contract. I had to cancel after a month due to lack of funds. They put a freeze on my account. I was told all I had to do to cancel was to pay a $100 fee; I did that. I decided to switch gyms. I'm told that I have to pay out the rest of my contract even though I'm not using it. I'm paying $130 a month for a service that I'm not using. When I called to straighten it out, the manager was rude, crude and very mean. He blamed everything on me. He would not listen
