EOS is nothing but a huge scam. I signed up for a 7 day pass which they had told me I needed to come in person to get it activated. Well guess what , it took more than 7 days for me to get there so they told me they couldn't give me a 7 day pass even though they never had my id to activate one until I got there. Bait and switch. They were just trying to railroad me into buying a membership on the spot despite not being able to test out the club. Guess I dodged a bullet, I hear it's not so easy to cancel your membership here
What a joke. They dont care about your well being, only whats inside your wallet. I simply wanted to sign up for a gym for a monthly membership, then I get pulled aside and they try to offer me personal trainer sessions. I wasnt really interested but the guy was so persistent that I gave in and said that I would try the 1 personal trainer session for $20. A few signatures later and now Im locked into a ridiculous 6 month personal trainer contract for $1,000! Are you freaking kidding me???!!! Ive heard stories before but neve... read more

I signed up for gym as I wanted to start working out after a long break. ****** and her manager offered me personal training which I refused as I didnt wanted to spend money as I was aware of almost every exercises but for they offered me a deal saying if buy products from us well give you free 4 sessions of 1 hours each time which I agreed. Also I clarified with ****** that doesnt mean Im taking these free sessions I will sign up for personal training at the end and she agreed. The sessions started and it was for 25 minutes... read more

Ripped us off for over $200 dollars. We signed up for NON-CONTRACTUAL memberships, and of course it wasn't non contractual memberships. when we asked to cancel it took 4 more payments $50 from us and lots of excuses to why. Funny how all the complaints below are the same.
