Get directionsStarted personal training program. Finished the 6 months and was put in to a month to month program. Told them I wanted to cancel after a few months and they will not let me out!! They told me they have canceled my PT training yet I am STILL being charged over $200 bi weekly. I cannot afford this yet they keep charging me saying it is already canceled. RIDICULOUS

I canceled my fitness trainer for traveling purposes and they have now charged me 3 additional months after 3 separate phone calls "verifying" that my charges were through, honestly some of the worst f****** customer service that I've ever experienced.

My locker was emptied without me being informed. I only kept my membership going DURING A PANDEMIC because I had a private locker and didn't want to lose it. When I went in today to update my payment information I went to check my locker and discovered it had been emptied. I canceled my membership in store on 9/12/2021. Five months later they are still trying to **** me and harass me daily. The reviews on Yelp showed many similar issues and I should have believed them.

I signed up for the club online on the 2nd of January. I then went into the club on January 7th. The gym was packed at 2pm. Just signed up a few days ago.. I got talked into getting a person trainer. I was looking forward to doing a 6 month trial for $204. This day was 1/27/2021 which i signed up for. My 1st training was scheduled for the 31st. I than began my workout and realized i wanted to cancel right away. Ive had really concerning experiences at multiple locations. Ive dealt with poor customer service from condescending sales people, been lied to multiple times, misled about cancellation policies, notes being made that somehow seem to disappear, signed up for appointments that I did not make, received multiple rude phone calls trying to get me back in then laughed at when asking them to stop calling (this happened today), and just being made to feel like absolute trash.
