Get directionsEOS Fitness allowed my 17 year old minor to enter into a Personal fitness and monthly contract. When confronted the manager indicated they didnt check identification and allowed people to complete their form with no verification. this seems like a possible fraud issue as well.When confronted to stop the payments from my sons account they indicated it would take two more payments.I am now requesting the company refund the $1,555.31 they debited from my sons account.

guys be extremely careful when you go to eos fitness. these people are cheaters. they explain something and get sign on something. they told me if i cancel within 30 days i do not have to worry. and they got sign on wrong paper and charged heavy money.when you talk to these people these are very rude. not worth going there

If i could put 0 star i would. The sale is scam. Very disappointed. Went to the eos gym in power and ******* location to signup oviously my main reason to signed up was just the sauna and maybe some Cardio. The sales force me to signed for personal training i keep telling her the reason i came its just the sauna and maybe cardio. But she would not listen. After being with EOS fitness since my first move to *******, recently money got tight and things werent going good, so I cancelled several months ago or I should say tried to, look at my account today, they have still been taking money out of my account even after the first time I asked them to stop, which blows my mind considering I told them I would be back when funds came back to life. Terrible service! Back in November I had a bad experience with the employees at the kids club talking negatively about another child right in front of me, while dropping off my 2 kids.I wrote a review and the new Assistant GM reaches out and apologizes and agrees that he has some work to do with his staff. I asked to cancel my membership while they go through the transition of "cleaning up the staff" because I don't feel comfortable leaving my kids with them.
