What ****** me off is its 110 and I see an unaccompanied child outside in the parking lot. I understand the rules but how was a contract made up with my sons name. membership given under his name, we paid for the contract and to be told hes under age and can no longer come in. When questioning the general manager ***** Esthier he didnt know who did the contract ... read more

I have never being treated so poorly by one of EOS employee. I wanted to sign in to exercice at EOS ***** and Cactus gym, since they never gave me a badge to scan through I waited for the employee. He was on the phone. Never aknowledged my presence I decided to go to exercise. Then just by chance his phone conversation ended right away and he started yelling at me, instead of telling me sorry for the wait and yelled at me to get out of HIS gym. And was on my back yelling constantly to get out of his gym. Trying to provoke **... read more

Martial, I thank you for recounting you experience which is not our level of service expected. I do see that you are a member with a pending cancel and have checked into the club 30 times since joining. I would like to know when this took place at the club. I have sent you an email so you can connect with me a little bit easier.
Joined the gym prior to COVID, paid the yearly fee and used it 2 times before everything closed down. I attempted to cancel the account but the costumer support team convinced me to "freeze" the account. At 6 months the account was reactivated without my consent and I called to cancel and receive a refund. They once again froze my account with the assurance that it would not be restarted until I was ready to participate again. At 6 months I was not only charged the monthly fee but the yearly fee as well, without my consent. ... read more

********, thank you for bringing this to light. I am looking at your account and see that it is canceled out but I am working with our two District Managers to see what we can accomplish for you here after the fact. Thank you for taking the time to submit a BBB as this will help me to move forward with the team.
A one star is being generous. I have had the WORST experience here. I was forced to pay an additional $68/month for 3 months on a personal training that I have been calling to try to cancel all year. I was going to training up until I had placed a freeze on my account. During that time, no one told me that my trainer left ***. I was getting charged again for something I wasnt attending due to no one reaching out to me about my new trainer and when to meet. Every time I have called I have only reached the front desk and they ... read more

The brand new EOS gym on *************** in ************. I have been a member for years and I have no problem wearing a mask. I workout everyday and sometimes you have to pull your mask down for additional air. Only one person has pushed this wearing at all times no matter what attitude, *********** She has become the mask police and it is turning a lot of members off. She really needs to lighten up. *****
Business response:
*****, thank you for highlighting your experience of staff requesting that members and guest wear masks appropriately. We do understand that you may need to grab a big gulp of air and then resituate your mask. Our teams are highly aware that this does take place. On the other side of the spectrum, if our staff is is not out there enough then we do receive reviews stating just that. Finding a balance is key and I thank you for taking the time to recount your experience. We will get better and we will all get through this.
AVOID THIS GYM! Not only do they **** you in with a so called "promotion" to start but they don't hold up their obligation on the personal training contract. We signed up on a promotion but conveniently 2 weeks later we were billed the annual fee of $165 per person. On top of it, I signed up for personal training at $165 every two weeks which was also apparently a "discounted rate" but when I called saying that I was a new client, I was quoted $100 every two weeks by the gym manager. I showed up for my first training session... read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! On July 21st I signed up for personal training and I was told I'd get the "open house discounted rate" for a payment of $128 every 2 weeks. Before I signed the contract (on an electronic pad, and she didn't show me the contract on her computer screen before I signed it), I verbally reconfirmed the $128 biweekly pricing. I was told YES. To my surprise, I'm being charged full price of $148 every 2 weeks! The contract was not adjusted to reflect the $128 biweekly payment. The person that wrote up the contract ... read more

Cloak and dagger operations. Hidden costs everywhere. Costs money to downgrade membership. If you sign up for personal training and decide to cancel, they need 30 days notice to not charge your account for the service you no longer want. Its designed to bleed you of as much money as possible before you can leave.
Business response:
******* I do understand that the downgrade $ may have thrown you. In regard to a 30 day cancel on any amenity, package or service, that is the industry standard. We truly are focused on fitness but have processes in place to help keep everything seamless when handling an account.
EōS Fitness has a 3.4 star rating with 2,124 reviews.
