Charged ***** for a free week pass. Skinny manager dude was very shady ~ Mesa location. Sent an email to corporate and received no response.

***, We are in receipt of your review on the BBB platform. We do have a $35 pass for non residents and a week pass for those that live locally in the area and it's the first time in the club. I do hope that staff was able to share that with you when ringing up the pass. We apologize for your experience. I did send you an email to gain further insight and so I can move forward for you.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DEBIT CARD INFO!!! If we havent signed up with our AMEX we would be ***************. *** had to fight all kinds of charges - including a bogus 8 different annual fees. They dont supply anything in writing. They claimed their system was down one day and I signed us up online for a family plan. We NEVER a had the $1 join fee honored. We were billed every two weeks for 4 memberships we dont have. The manager doesnt call you back or respond to emails. I had to get my concierge at AMEX involved! They blamed ... read more

I signed up for EOS gym and personal training in June. In September, I had to freeze the account due to medical reasons. For some reason the freeze was not approved and at that point I had asked them to just cancel the membership and the personal training because I could not come anymore. I anyways had only signed up for a 4-month personal training. I never had a problem with ***, in fact I like it. Until management changed and the new manager ***** has been trying to get my membership revoked for going to the gym with family members who all have memberships as well. Not only that but he also began making up lies that I have been trying to recruit people to train and I have people that I am training, that confirmed I was a trainer. I am a full time nursing student with a full time job, if that were true how would I balance that???? He was rude, vindictive, and looking t... read more

Hello EOS team. My experience with EOS Fitness has possibly been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business. When I suddenly had to move to another state only 3 weeks after signing up, I would have assumed *** would take that into consideration before they: 1) Charged my account over $400, despite many attempts and hours on the phone trying to get it resolved. 2) Called multiple times every day for several months.
