We do provide a 5 day window and I see by all the notes on the account that you had missed that particular mark to cancel and have you down payment refunded. Had went through hoops just to try to get to talk to the general manager of the murrieta building just to do a simple request which was canceling a gym membership. It is really frustrating when being told to call, email, and drive to the gym and yet not get such a simple task done. I see that in April you attempted to cancel the PT contract but it was still in term. Then on May 13th the Fitness Manager was able to submit for a cancellation of the PT contract and then on May 19 the General Manager submitted for for a 40 day cancel of your membership. I truly apologize for any lack of quick response on behalf of the club staff but please know that you have been taken care of with the cancellations of both accounts.
The process of trying to cancel a membership and personal trainer is ridiculous for military. Emailed and called multiple times. Waiting for a response and so much back and forth. It feels like I’ll have a “pending Cancellation” until they get the money they want.

If I could give a 0 I would. They are all about getting people in the door and hitting there numbers. Joined Tampa EOS brand new and machines and equipment are always broken. Managers are useless and do not provide any customer service. They tell you one thing and do the opposite once you’ve joined.

Like many here, I wish I could leave 0 stars. I wish I would have read these reviews before I went in to join, I would have never even gone in the building. This company has no interest in being fair with its customer base, "Customer Care" consists of people that just give you the run around. I cancelled my membership in August 2020. Got billed anyway and in September charged $44.99 membership fee. Called and cancelled and requested refund. Got $25.00. In November EOS charged me $74.99 additional fee.. Contacted manager and again cancelled. Disputed charge with bank. February of 2021 charged me $19.99 membership fees. Disputed and cancelled. In 2020, I joined EoS Fitness hoping to change my life for the better. The nightmare started after I was told by (manager at the time) to give personal training a shot to send me in the right direction. I was told that I could cancel if Personal training wasn’t right for me and later on found out it was not able to be cancelled. I did check you account and see that the PT service is canceled. I understand when you tried to cancel you were still in term however you have since been taken care of. Should there be anything else taht you need then do contact the fitness Manager at your home club.
Not an honest company. Takes money for services not being used. March my account was to be placed on a freeze. Mark S****** assured me he handled the discrepancy. He said I would be refunded and my account would be frozen for 3 months. They charged me again. Calling corporate did nothing either. They told me only the club itself has the authority to freeze my account. I have tried 5 times now to fix this, it still is not resolved. The company refuses to share any of the communication I have had with them.
