I asked her how many sessions I had left on my personal training and she confirmed there were four remaining sessions left. Ive been going to EOS for the last year now. I have been trying to cancel my account for the last 3 months because The location is far and I havent been going as much. When I noticed a charge the first time after I thought I canceled, I called, they said the cancelation never went through, so I got charged another month. The second month I went in person to cancel my account. I told the representative signing me up that I DID NOT want Personal Training. The rep ended up signing me up for a 12-month program anyways, and I am now out $1400 from this gym. The gym overall is excellent, but this is entirely uncalled for from a business standpoint. I am expecting a full refund for the 10 terms of PT I have paid for so far, as I am not going to use them for whatever reason.

I decided to cancel my membership after 1 year exactly but to cancel my membership, for some reason they are charging me the yearly membership fee for this UPCOMING year that I will never use.
